Privacy policy
HiBi-Kakei for Android. Last updated 11 October 2026.
HiBi-Kakei is an expense and bills app made by Hayuzen. The short version: your records stay on your phone. Hayuzen does not run a server that receives them.
What the app stores
The expenses, bills, categories and settings you enter are saved in a database on your device. Your choices, such as theme and language, are saved in the app's settings on your device. If you choose a picture for the home screen widget, it is saved in the app's private storage on your device.
Sign in with Google (optional)
You can sign in with Google. It is only used to back up and restore your data to your own Google Drive. You can use the app without signing in.
Google Drive backup (optional)
If you turn backup on, the app saves a copy of your data in a folder in your own Google Drive that only this app can use. You can see that folder and delete it from Drive at any time. Hayuzen cannot see your Drive. Google handles that data under Google's privacy policy.
Permissions
- Notifications: used to remind you before a bill is due. Reminders are created on your phone.
- App lock: you can protect the app with a PIN or your fingerprint or face. The app asks your phone to check it. Your biometric data stays in Android and is never seen by the app.
Sharing
Hayuzen does not receive your records, so there is nothing for us to sell or share. The only other party involved is Google, if you choose to sign in and back up.
Deleting your data
Uninstalling the app removes the data stored on your phone. If you used backup, delete the app's folder from your Google Drive to remove that copy.
Children
HiBi-Kakei is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
